This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the PSAI Privacy Policy (https://pragmaticsolutions.ai/privacy-policy) and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). Pragmatic Solutions AI (“PSAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Scope and Applicability
This notice applies to personal information collected by PSAI in its role as a data controller, including information collected through our website, business communications, and sales or marketing activities.
PSAI operates a Voice AI platform used by business customers. Where PSAI processes personal information on behalf of customers (such as call recordings), PSAI acts as a service provider/data processor, and consumer rights requests related to that data should be directed to the applicable customer.

Personal information does not include:

- De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
- Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data;
- Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from our clients or their agents. For example, from the email or audio content from sales people.
- Indirectly from our clients or their agents. For example, through information we collect from our clients in the course of providing services to them.
- Directly and indirectly from activity on our website (pragmaticsolutions.ai). For example, from submissions through our website portal or website usage details collected automatically.
- From third-parties that interact with us in connection with the services we perform. For example, from customers that inform of new workflows when launching new products and services.

Only you, or an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State, may submit a request on your behalf.
We will verify your identity before responding. Requests may be made up to twice in a 12-month period.
Response Timing and Format
We aim to respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If additional time is required (up to 90 days), we will notify you. Responses will cover the 12-month period preceding the request.
We do not charge a fee unless the request is excessive or unfounded.
Non-Discrimination
PSAI will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Modified” date.
